I hit my weight loss goal for July and surpassed a huge milestone. But, I also made a rookie mistake that set back my progress, didn’t hit my workout goal number and didn’t hit my alcoholic beverage goal. Let’s take a look at the numbers first.
June was a huge win. I lost 7.4 pounds exceeding my goal of 5, but I worked out less than last month AND didn’t eat as cleanly.
