I hit my weight loss goal for July and surpassed a huge milestone. But, I also made a rookie mistake that set back my progress, didn’t hit my workout goal number and didn’t hit my alcoholic beverage goal. Let’s take a look at the numbers first.

June was a huge win. I lost 7.4 pounds exceeding my goal of 5, but I worked out less than last month AND didn’t eat as cleanly.
I worked out 20 times. I did not achieve the alcoholic beverage goal (again). This time by a lot. I ending up consuming twice as many drinks as I wanted to. Let’s take a look at the numbers first.
I am pumped about how May went, especially coming off a down month. I lost 6.6 pounds, exceeding my goal of 5. I worked out 23 times, exceeding my goal of 20. I did not meet my alcoholic beverage goal though. I ending up consuming 15 more drinks than my goal of 25 (more on that below). Let’s take a look at the numbers.
